fashion must-haves for autumn – edited, madeleine, dr. martens & more.

Hey my loves. ♥ This season my plan consists of investing in pieces, which are easy to combine. As much as I love wearing eye-catching pieces during the warmer season, the less noticeable I dress during the cold. Since I found out that all contents of my wardrobe are being replaced on a seasonal basis, I insisted in changing something. My plan is to invest for the long term (which really isn’t easy for a fashion- and trend-lover like me). Having to pass by particular trends is really hard, but I’m learning. In the following you will find a summary of the pieces I think every woman should have in this year’s fall wardrobe. Comfy Knitwear Edited is slowly becoming one of my favorite places to buy fashion – especially quality-wise I have the feeling they are getting better and better really quick. Since the shop opening in Vienna, I am visiting them on a regular basis – and never leaving without a few shopping bags. Especially the knitwear took my heart by storm. In my …

autumn layering: high contrast & leather

Hey my loves. ♥ In today’s post I am wearing two pieces from my current (without having to think about it for too long) favourite brand: EDITED! I came upon this brand already a while ago and ever since they opened their first shop in Vienna last year, I’m just their biggest fan and addicted. Lately I’ve been shopping a lot in their sale section – four pair of pants, one coat, a complete workout outfit, one dress and three blouses made it to my closet.  Call me crazy but I have never known an affordable, this fashionable label, which in addition to that produces in such high quality. The pieces don’t shrink after washing, are super warm, comfortable and the pants super stretchy and fitting. I can recommend the shop deeply – currently there are also a lot of pieces on sale!  &lt;br /&gt;<br /> Today’s look is inspired by a Pinterest picture, which I unfortunately forgot to save. I liked it so much, I just couldn’t get it out of my head. That’s why …

travel diary: italy – amalfi coast & vlogs

Hey my loves. ♥ As we’ve liked our spontaneous short trip to the Amalfi coast last year so much, we decided to go there this summer as well. Click here for more impressions on this trip. This time we split our two week long vacation in two parts, each lasting for one week. In the first part we’ve stayed in Sorrent, a small, but very popular village on the Amalfi coast. It has much to offer – lots of cute boutiques, really good gelato and uncountable delicious restaurants. While last time our accommodation was in the small town of Amalfi itself, this time we chose Sorrent as the place to stay at as it’s really practical for one-day excursions around. As we are a rather calm-and-comfy kind of couple, our vacations never get too wild. We love relaxing at a beach club, having frech ciabatta with prosciutto for lunch and going out for dinner drinking red wine and having mussels pasta. For week two – the second part of our trip – we rented a house …

fall/winter 2018 trends & fashion week report

Hey my loves. ♥ In the world of fashion there was a lot going on the past months. New trends came to life, another ones disappeared all of a sudden. The turn of the season brought along a complete change of our entire wardrobe’s contents, in my case at least. It’s already some weeks ago when I packed my summer pieces into boxes and dumped them into the depths of my basement compartment.  In today’s post I would like to bring near to you three of the most relevant autumn and winter trends, as well as show you my two favorite fashion shows of the past fashion month. As I wasn’t that active on here and thereby wasn’t able to provide you with the novelties of fashion world, I just have the feeling that I owe you a post about currently trending fashion topics. I’m really hoping to inspire you this time and am really looking forward to your feedback.  Animal Print I have the feeling that this trend is becoming suitable for daily use more …

i am back – blog & life update 1.0

Hey my loves. ♥ Indeed, it does feel like the break I took in the past months took ages. Which you can’t blame me for – it’s true, the last article was published about half a year ago. After my spontaneous decision to do a full time internship – which really was the coolest experience! – still studying besides and trying to maintain posting content on Instagram, my blog really was suffering.  Now I’m back with lots of new ideas that are waiting for you already. As I was traveling for two months this summer, I’m currently also working on creating travel diaries for you. A lot of pre-written articles are only waiting to get published. In fact I’m also working on a new blog theme at the moment, which is the hardest thing to do. It will still take a while as I decided to do it all on my own this time too. I just love the experience to learn something totally new from scratch. Also I changed the main three categories I will …
