How I Deal With Muscle Soreness

Hello my Loves! Today it’s time for a fitness post again, yay! My last fitness post was the one about yoga, I believe (click here and you will be redirected to my yoga routine)! In this post I would like to share with you my tips on how to deal with muscle soreness after too harsh weight training. These are the things that I’ve been doing for several years now (yes, you could tell that I’m a muscle soreness pro by far, haha!). I will list a few helpful, prophylactic and preventive hints but also tips on what you can do when the sore muscles are noticeable. About two to three weeks ago I started going to the gym and doing weight + cardio training more often. Somehow, I missed the feeling of not being able to walk for a few days after a kick ass legs workout. I wanted to change that and began to join my boyfriend on his gym visits. I have to admit, that I really am the worst gym-goer ever. I …

Yoga Love + My Yoga Wishlist

Hallo meine Lieben! Hey guys! Today I would like to tell you about my yoga routine. …

Current Workout Routine

Some weeks ago I downloaded Freeletics on my phone. Going to the gym has become boring for me and I wanted to try out something new. I have never been a big fan of going out and jog because it always seemed so boring to me. But actually it can be really fun if you choose the right route, speed and music. For me music is the most important while I’m running. I think that a motivational playlist can change a lot in your workout! What I like about Freeletics is that you always have to run intervals. There are about 15 different running workouts you can choose from. If you personalize your profile, the app will compile you a different workout every day. One workout takes about 20-40 minutes, which is not too short but also not too long, so it doesn’t get boring! I’ve been using the app regularly for about three weeks now and I couldn’t imagine not doing it! It’s so much fun! Try it out! (This post is not sponsored by Freeletics. …
