Crema di Funghi à la Vapiano

When I go to Vapiano this dish is what I’m going for every single time. For those of you who don’t know Vapiano: It’s a german food chain which offers Italian food, especially pizza, pasta and salads. I love “Crema di Funghi” so much that I observed the cook, or rather the “Vapianisti” (how they like to call themselves), how he cooks it! This is a step-by-step recipe on how to prepare this dish. Have fun and leave me a feedback! You will need (2 portions): 250 g of champignons/mushrooms, 200 g of crème fraîche (when possible mushroom-flavored, it makes the dish even more intense!), 100 ml white wine (Chardonnay works best for me because it intensifies the taste), 300-350 g noodles, parmesan, spices (pepper, salt), chili peppers, oil First you have to make sure that you wash and peel the mushrooms. Meanwhile put some water in a pot to boil. Slice the mushrooms as small as possible. In between you can already pre-heat a pan with some oil. Just pay attention to the pan so it doesn’t get too hot! The mushrooms and …

Fake Fur + My Christmas Celebration

Hey guys! I hope you had a nice Christmas celebration! I have to admit that I have been really bad in the last few days celebrating Christmas four times and eating a lot of food, haha! On the 24th I first spent some hours at home with my sister, my mom and my stepdad (eating four courses of Polish dishes), then I went to my boyfriends place because they had a pretty big Christmas party going on (eating another three courses of Austrian dishes). On the 25th me and my sister were invited to my dad’s place where we celebrated Christmas afterwards (eating three dishes of Polish food, again, haha!). My stepmom made my absolute favorite Polish dish: A red turnip soup with some type of mushroom-filled dumplings. The soup is really spicy and I love spicy food so much! On the 26th I came to Poland to my grandparent’s place where they had lots of leftovers from Christmas which I really enjoyed eating, haha! All in all, I can say that I’ve not eaten healthy in the last days …

Ruffles and Volants

Recently I discovered a lot of outfits with ruffles and volants in my Instagram feed. I think that this trend is by far one of my favorite ones in 2016. It is very mysterious, romantic and absolutely feminine and that’s what I really love about it. But: I think that it only looks good when the ruffled piece is the “hero” of the outfit. The rest has to be rather casual, close-fitting and plain. If you follow these steps, your outfit for sure will be an absolute eye-catcher! Mostly I fell in love with ruffled t-shirts, blouses and pullovers. Whether ruffled collars, full sleeves, back detailing or across the front – all this I find very stylish and simply wonderful. An absolute Must-Have for every Fashionista and fashion lover. Tell me what you think about ruffled pieces in the comment section below!

Current Workout Routine

Some weeks ago I downloaded Freeletics on my phone. Going to the gym has become boring for me and I wanted to try out something new. I have never been a big fan of going out and jog because it always seemed so boring to me. But actually it can be really fun if you choose the right route, speed and music. For me music is the most important while I’m running. I think that a motivational playlist can change a lot in your workout! What I like about Freeletics is that you always have to run intervals. There are about 15 different running workouts you can choose from. If you personalize your profile, the app will compile you a different workout every day. One workout takes about 20-40 minutes, which is not too short but also not too long, so it doesn’t get boring! I’ve been using the app regularly for about three weeks now and I couldn’t imagine not doing it! It’s so much fun! Try it out! (This post is not sponsored by Freeletics. …

Black Trenchcoat

Hey guys! This look is a little bit more classy than the others I’ve shared with you. It’s perfect for dinner in a fancy restaurant or a night out in the city, drinking cocktails and going to a party afterwards. I’m so in love with this leather skirt. What I love most about it is that it has a rubber strap on the waist which makes it really comfortable and flexible! I’m so sorry that I forgot to get a shot of the shoes I wore! I think that a pair of black over knee-boots match the outfit the best. Enjoy your week guys! <3 I’m wearing: blouse (currently unavailable) | skirt | tights | bracelet | ring | necklace (similar!) Hallo!
